Our Firm:

Ruggiero, Martinez & Norton, P.A. has been serving clients across Central Florida from its Winter Park office since 1989.  With their combined  professional expertise and prior large firm experience, RM&N's partners have continued to foster a smaller firm environment offering close internal communications between the staff, partners and clients.  This helps the firm to ensure personal attention for each client, from knowledgeable, and friendly accounting professionals.

In fulfilling its mission, RM&N places utmost priority on assisting clients in achieving long-term growth and maximum profits. This is accomplished by offering innovative, cost-effective business solutions and recommendations, performing efficient and effective audit and attestation engagements, and preparing timely tax returns in conjunction with a formalized tax planning strategy.

Peer Review:

RM&N provides three levels of accounting services which result in the issuance of Financial Statements: compilations, reviews and audits.  As members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), we participate in a quality review program every third year, at which time an independent Certified Public Accounting firm conducts a review of our auditing and accounting practices.  We  are proud to report we have consistently received unqualified opinions from the AICPA, currently with no letter of comments.
